1 Step Process

SILTOP CY S-1000 is a bath chromic agent that increases the darkness of primarily polyester fabrics dyed in black, navy blue, or dark green by post‑treatment of such fabrics. It provides excellent dark shading effect with high durability and color fastness unprecedented in the bath chromic processes.

FEATURES

1. Excellent dark shading effect

SILTOP CY S-1000 is composed of a special resin composition having a self‑cross‑linking property that forms a low ‑refractivity film on textile. Moreover, the formed film has microscopic crater‑like textures, which increase the light transmittance into the textile while reducing the reflected light (white light). This provides the excellent dark shading effect.

2. Excellent durability of bath chromic effect

Its self‑cross‑linking property, SILTOP CY S-1000  has excellent fastness to washing and dry-cleaning solvents.

3. Scarcely durability of bath chromic effect
4. In contrast to silicone‑based products, SILTOP CY S-1000 whose principal ingredient is resin, causes no slip of treated fabric.

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

0,5 – 1% o.w.s. padding ‑ 80% pickup – Pre dry ‑ tenter curing 150^oC 2 min.
