Polyester Dyeing Machine Cleaning Agent.

MB Clean W – 780 clean and remove dyestuff residue, oligomer and outher foulings powerfully and prevent SPEC or uneven color trouble

Standart Usage

Purpose	W-780	Condition	Reference
Cleaning in changing color (ordinary cleaning)	3 – 5 gr/lt	Add Hydrosulfite 3 gr/lt. NaOH Flake 5 gr/lt. 135°C, 1 Hours	Black dyeing, 15 – 20 times

Handling and Storing

MB CLEAN W –780 should be taken in handling and storing for safety operation.

Wear a mask, rubber gloves and safety glasses to avoid the direct contact.
When chemical has been in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water.
Store MB CLEAN W-780 in dark and cool place
