Polyester Dyeing Machine Cleaning Agent

MB Clean W-720P cleand and remove dyestuff residue, oligomer and other foulings powerfully and prevent SPEC or uneven color trouble

Standart Usage

Purpose	W-720P	Condition	Reference
Cleaning in changing color (Ordinary Cleaning)	3-5 gr/lt	Add Hydrosulfite 3 gr/lt. NaOH Flake 5 gr/lt. 135°C, 1 Hours	Black Dyeing, 15-20 times
Cleaning of hard fouling	40 gr/lt (30, 10 gr/lt)	Add Hydrosulfite 10 gr/lt. NaOH Flake 6 gr/lt. 135°C, 2 Hours (Twice Cleaning)	Black dyeing for some months. Existing of lump of dyestuff residue

Handling & Storing

MB CLEAN W –720P should be taken in handling and storing for safety operation.

Wear a mask, rubber gloves and safety glasses to avoid the direct contact.
When chemical has been in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water.
Store MB CLEAN W-720P in dark and cool place
